Step 1 :
- Open Google Sheets. For New Google Sheets, Just Take Login Into Google And Type In The Browser: Https://Docs.Google.Com/Spreadsheets

Step 2:
- Now Open Your Google Sheets Document And Navigate To The Sheet Where You Want To Check For Duplicates.
- After That Just Select The Column Or Range Of Cells Where You Suspect Duplicate Values May Exist. You Can Do This By Clicking And Dragging Your Mouse Over The Cells.

Step 3:
- In The Menu Bar, Click On “Format” And Then Select “Conditional Formatting” From The Drop-Down Menu.
- In The Conditional Format Rules Panel That Appears On The Right Side Of The Screen, Click On The Drop-Down Menu Next To “Format Cells If” And Select “Custom Formula Is” From The Options.


Step 4:
- In The Input Field Next To “Value Or Formula,” Enter The Following Formula:
=Countif(B:B,B1)>1
(Note: ReplaceB:B
With The Actual Column Range, You Selected In Step 2, AndB1
With The First Cell Of That Range.) - Click On The “Done” Button. The Duplicate Values In The Selected Column Or Range Will Now Be Highlighted.
